 The venue has hosted IAAF Diamond & Golden League Athletics and the European Cup featuring the superstars of athletics. You will be joining many World Champions & Olympians have crossed the finish line at Gateshead International Stadium where five world records broken in track and field on the famous track.

Run past the famous Gateshead Millennium Bridge, BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art, The Glasshouse International Centre for Music, Tyne Bridge and Swing Bridge, all set against the vibrant backdrop of the River Tyne. Every mile offers a mix of scenery, support, and smooth running on traffic-free roads designed for an enjoyable race experience.
